  • What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
  • In this position, you will get to:_
  • Exercise structured problem solving with crossfunctional team members.
  • Provide guidance leading Six Sigma problem solving methodologies, the use of quality tools, project management, team dynamics, and process monitoring.
  • Perform advanced product quality planning and establish quality standard work for new products and processes. Analyze data and perform design reviews to create acceptance criteria, specifications and control limits for production, components, and manufacturing. Establish First Article Inspection standard work.
  • Serve as a Lean change agent in building and institutionalizing FMEA, Quality Control Plans, SPC, FAI, PPAP, and Product/Process capability.
  • Lead and/or participate in process and product quality audits and resulting actions.
  • Develops and facilitates effective internal corrective actions based on monitoring and measuring internal and external process inputs. Establish failure analysis data requirements.
  • Be an innovative leader empowered to make influential datadriven change.
  • Track and report quality metrics and drive Action Plans to improve product and process quality.
  • Conduct costbenefit analysis and develop proposals for product related continuous improvement projects (i.e. Design Changes, Rework Process, Backcharge Decisions, etc).
  • You have:_
  • Academic background: BS in Engineering or related.
  • 3+ years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing / assembly environment.
  • Previous experience in Cooling is a must.
  • Problem Solving Techniques (8D, 5why, Ishikawa, etc.).
  • Core Tools (SPC, MSA, PFMEA, CP, PPAP).
  • 7 Quality Tools (Fishbone, check sheet, control chart, histogram, pareto, scatter diagram, flowchart)
  • English Business level required.
  • Experience on metrology equipment required.
  • Knowledge on ISO 9001:2015 Quality System.
  • Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing Environment, helping to drive lean improvements.
  • Ability to achieve and sustain quality metrics and organizational objectives.
  • Proficient use with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Windows, PowerPoint.
