Buscamos un(a)
Service Manager / Project Manager
con sólida experiencia en servicios de Tecnología, responsable de la gestión integral de la operación y proyectos para un cliente en Estados Unidos. Será el punto de contacto principal con el cliente, asegurando cumplimiento de SLAs, gobernanza del servicio, ejecución de proyectos y mejora continua.
El perfil ideal combina capacidades de gestión operativa, liderazgo de equipos técnicos, gestión financiera básica del servicio y manejo ejecutivo del cliente, con inglés avanzado (indispensable).
Responsabilidades Principales
- Gestión del Servicio
- Actuar como SPOC (Single Point of Contact) frente al cliente.
- Asegurar cumplimiento de SLAs, KPIs y OLAs.
- Liderar ceremonias de servicio (WBR, MBR, QBR).
- Gestión de incidentes críticos y escalaciones.
- Seguimiento a métricas de desempeño y planes de mejora continua.
- Control de presupuesto del servicio y forecast.
- Gestión de Proyectos
- Planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de proyectos tecnológicos.
- Coordinación de equipos técnicos multidisciplinarios (infraestructura, aplicaciones, cloud, soporte).
- Gestión de riesgos, issues y dependencias.
- Control de alcance, tiempos y costos.
- Reportes ejecutivos en inglés para stakeholders.
- Relación con Cliente
- Comunicación ejecutiva fluida en inglés.
- Gestión de expectativas y negociación.
- Identificación de oportunidades de mejora y crecimiento del servicio.
Requisitos
- 5+ años en roles de Service Manager, IT Project Manager o similares.
- Experiencia comprobable gestionando clientes en US o entornos internacionales.
- Experiencia en servicios de tecnología (infraestructura, cloud, soporte, aplicaciones, managed services).
- Experiencia gestionando equipos técnicos.
- Experiencia trabajando bajo modelos ITIL.
- Formación
- Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Telecomunicaciones o afín.
Idioma
- Inglés avanzado (C1 o superior) – comunicación oral y escrita diaria con cliente en US.
