At Micazen Technologies, we are looking for french and english speaking long-term technical support representatives who are committed to continuous growth and improvement.
Micazen Technologies has developed a management system for the automotive collision repair industry, BodyshopConnect, which is being used by Bodyshops across Canada and the United States of America.
As our platform services bilingual shops, we are looking for someone who is fluent in both English and French who is able to provide excellent technical support so computer skills is a must.
We provide extensive training during our onboarding process which will provide insight into the software and clearly set forth our processes to ensure sucessful customer service.
We also strongly believe in continuous improvement, which is why we host weekly internal group training sessions based on the system but also to provide practical use awareness.

Full-time contracted technical support representative
Starting salary is $12,000 pesos per month with the potential for additional pay
Various 9 hours work shifts available from 5 am to 5 pm pacific with a 1 hour break
Fluent in both French and English preferred
Computer skills preferred
