Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality, Environment, Safety and Health (QESH) Manager to join their team in Mexico City. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation of quality culture within the organisation, directing customer feedback regarding audit execution plans, and contributing to supplier development and evaluation. What you'll do:
As a QESH Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our client's high-quality standards are met across all levels of the organisation. You will be tasked with managing the implementation of an integral management system, setting objectives and work programmes, reviewing procedures and processes, measuring results, and analysing improvement actions. Your role will also involve validating acceptance and rejection of inspected materials and products when discrepancies arise. Furthermore, you will be responsible for directing feedback to internal and external customers regarding audit execution plans. Your leadership skills will be crucial in managing your team effectively while fostering a culture of quality within the organisation.

* Manage the implementation and continuous adaptation of the Integral Management System.
* Direct the implementation of quality culture within the organisation.
* Ensure that raw material inspection, process materials and finished product comply with customer specifications.
* Provide feedback to internal and external customers regarding audit execution plans.
* Manage the generation of area KPIs for data analysis and improvement implementation.
* Contribute to supplier development and evaluation through raw material inspection data analysis.
* Plan, execute and control budget as well as 'Capital Expenditure' requisitions.

What you bring:
The ideal QESH Manager will bring a wealth of experience from previous roles in quality management within a manufacturing environment. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field. Your technical knowledge should encompass ISO standards 9001, 19011, 45001, 14001 and API 610. Proficiency in 'Core Tools', APQP & CP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP software is essential. Additionally, you should be comfortable using 'Microsoft Office', 'Outlook' and 'SAP' software. Advanced proficiency in English language; reading, speaking and writing is required for this role.
