Descripción
Call clients to complete their initial client intake questionnaire.- Input and maintain client information in CMS
- Collaborate with team members on missing intake data and follow up with clients to gather information.
- Maintain client records in firm CRM.
- Review and validate form information with clients.
- Various other production and administrative tasks.
Profile
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Must be organized and analytical.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat and related software.
- Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to prioritize and discern what's important, including sense of urgency.
- Recognize the need and uphold confidentiality at all times.
- 13 years experience in an administrative or similar position.
