Develop and execute Gamesa brand programs complete marketing big bets driven by deep knowledge of consumer trends, market insights, and brand analysis connecting internal and external data to ensure en-to-end execution and contribute to business growt and evolution accelerating core portfolio as a profitable growth driver for Gamesa.


Your Impact
As Brand Sr Coordinator Category Programs your responsibilities would consist of

  • Coordinate and flawless execute full Gamesa category programs
  • Responsible of setting strategic analysis to implement each category program
  • Create new synergies with extended teams to unlock capabilities and implement during category programs
  • Analysis of category/brand information and KPIS to generate reports and drive conclusions to help decision making to gain SOM (Internal database, Nielsen, ISCAM and Kantaar)
  • Tracking, monitoring and planning of the budget/expenses (working/nonworking) and recommend action plan when needed
  • Tracking of the initiative during and after execution in order to create learnings and elevate best practices

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?
- +3 years of experience in marketing roles (brand, digital, promos, consumer engagement)

  • Advance of marketing knowledge (consumer insights, branding, brand health / sales KPIs)
  • Capacity to analyze at deep level and connect data from different sources to drive actionable decisions
  • Adaptive attitude and response towards change
  • Proficiency in English (writing and oral)
  • Nielsen, ISCAM and Kantar data management
  • Decision making and take other team ́s with you to achive goals
