Descripción
The main mission of the role are to:
- Leading welding ine operational and technical wise, supporting installation, validation and SOP process.
- Owner of welding line KPIs.
- In charge of technicians to keep operational standards.
- Experience with welding line: welding seams adjustment, drowing reading, PFMEA knowledge, OEE, TRS, Non-TRS reduction
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, industrial or related engineering.
- Advanced English communication skills.
Strong knowledge in technologies such as MIG/MAG:
Start ups of new lines:- Basics of Industrialization (machinery purchasing, installation, liberation, start up), project management, lean manufacturing, personnel management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as process engineer in welding, in automotive sector (industrial environment)
