Bachelor of Psychology
Ability to speak and write in English
Minimum experience of 6 years in the area
Management of Recruitment and Selection of administrative and commercial Personnel; Psychometry; Integration of personnel files; Contracts, Contract Renewals; Induction to new staff; Work enviroment; Training and Development Plan; Performance evaluation; Dismissal of personnel; Internal communication; event organization; NOM 035, Benefits.
General Knowledge of LFT, IMSS law, prepayroll, ISO
Posible availability to travel nationally

WE OFFER
- $22,000 to $23,000 gross monthly
