Sr. NPI Manager
We are now looking for an experienced, passionate
Sr. Electronic
NPI Manager to lead new product introduction (NPI) and transfer projects (TPI) for Advanced Energy Mexicali.

Project Manager ensures effective, high-quality execution and delivery of the project or program through the management of the timeline, budget, scope, risks, and dependencies to deliver solutions for Advanced Energy Mexicali factory and partner sites.

As the leader of a team, the NPI Manager has a key part to play in role modeling and encouraging their team to live the Advanced Energy Values of Professionalism, Perseverance, Respect, and Integrity.

The NPI Manager will furthermore drive Advanced Energy's focus areas and promote ethics and compliance and, by the above, reinforce culture of the organization.

What you will do

Accountable to deliver NPI & TPI projects, reporting to the Plant Director.
Build, lead and mentor multifunctional teams and empower project team members to own their roles and responsibilities, enabling a culture of operational excellence and innovation
Manage project governance including task prioritization, status reporting, issue and risk identification and appropriate escalation; adjust plan against fastchanging scope and business requirements
Ensure effective and professional interaction and communication between team and stakeholders. Communicate project progress at all levels through well planned communication strategy
Define and manage project budget with costconscious and wasteeliminating mentality
Implement effective change control by following established change management process
Define project success metrics (scorecard) and ensure tracking of metrics throughout the project life cycle
Make Thing Happen by using your knowledge, skills and experience to recognize when problems surface, bring right people together to solve these problems and know when the problem has been properly addressed and closed all this with the proper sense of urgency.

You will bring

Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Automation Engineering.
Master Degree or studying as a Plus.

- +10 Years of Management Experience and developing Teams in the Electronics Industry in the automotive, aerospace, medical and Industrial areas.
- +15 Years of Experience working in Electronic manufacturing environment and knowledge of product development process.

Able to growth 2 positions in the organization in the mead term.
Project management leadership responsibility across multiple complex and strategic projects
Proficient use of project management and project governance tools
Excellent analytical skills in problem structuring, problem solving and risk assessment and mitigation
Exceptional communication skills in all media, to support crossfunctional and crossregional teams/stakeholders
Ability to explain complicated and sophisticated topics in a clear, concise, and easily digestible manner
A forwardthinking and openminded approach
Ability to adapt to change and be innovative
Result oriented, analytical, and proactive
