The Manager of Regional Sourcing (MRS) is responsible for developing and executing Sourcing Strategies within a given region that have a greater impact to the business and for carrying out assigned projects.

This individual will be responsible to find and qualify new suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, drive and influence Supplier performance, resolve open issues, and work in conjunction with the Global Sourcing team to achieve Supply Chain Goals.

The MRS will be required to manage a regional supply base supporting various business units on productivity, supply chain, and product development initiatives.

This role will need to work cross functionally in order to influence leaders and other internal customers to help drive and execute broad business decisions.
