International Onboarding Analyst


Short description:
Join our team in Mexico City and help onboard new clients to our Commercial Bank


As an International Onboarding Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of the Commercial Banking onboarding process.


Job summary:

As an International Onboarding Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that all new clients are successfully onboarded to our Commercial Bank.

You will work closely with clients, Relationship Managers, and other internal teams to gather necessary information, complete required documentation, and ensure a smooth transition for the client.

Your work will be critical to the success of our business, as you will help us build strong relationships with new clients and set the foundation for future growth.


Job responsibilities:


  • Manage endtoend onboarding process for new international clients
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers and other internal teams to gather required documentation and information
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates on progress and address any issues
  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments on new clients
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 13 years of experience in Commercial Banking or a related field
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in Spanish and English

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Knowledge of international banking regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience working with clients in the Latin America region
  • Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
  • Detailoriented and analytical mindset
