We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Queretaro's office.

Shift availability:

Monday to Saturday: 12:00 pm to 21:00 pm

Monday to Saturday:11:00 pm to 7:00 am**
English proficiency is a must

Responsibilities:

Ensuring compliance of company's safety and operations policies and procedure by regular review meetings with staff and monitoring company's CVORsafety rating, driver vehicle inspections on monthly basis.
Be direct partner of Dispatch team to auditing for each driver to make sure they are in comply with hours of service
Schedule and dispatch drivers to pick up and deliver loads to and from customers.
Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and establish new routes for timely deliveries.
Assist driver with routing directions and communicate proper execution.
Maintain high compliance to dispatch standards and operating procedures.
Communicate specific freight requirements and procedures to drivers.
Update customer web portals with uptodate load information.
Enforce safety procedures such as monitoring driver reports to ensure equipment safety.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 to 5 years experience working with Drivers or operators direct contact, transportation company or fleet operational positions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good time management with an ability to prioritize and delegate work amongst a group
Computer proficiency excellent MS Office skills, must be comfortable with new software and interfaces
Able to work in a loud, fastpaced environment
Available to work on some weekends
