Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the execution of the following Purchase to pay (P2P) processes:

Initiate the requests to create, modify, activate, or deactivate vendors in Mexico, Brazil and LATAM countries.
Contact with the affiliates, and Procurement team to gather all the support documentation related to the vendor creations or modifications.
Work with Mexico purchase to pay team to correct vendors data in case of rejected payments.
Monitor internal metrics dashboards in power BI.

Requirements:

Desirable experience in P2P activities.
Demonstrated ability in research and issues resolution, with proven ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts
Knowledge of procurement and P2P processes together with the associated internal control requirements
General business / functional knowledge
Experience with SAP is a distinct advantage
Advanced English
Desirable Portuguese
