    Organizational Change Management Lead*Responsibilities
    :

    The OCM lead at the local deployment site is responsible for supporting the local business through their change journey to maximize system adoption of SAP and achieve stabilization of new processes and ways of working.

    This will be done through the execution of the change management methodology, plan, and toolkit.

    Required experience**:


    • Prior experience in organizational change management within a largescale program (ideally SAP change management experience).
    • Passion for organizational change management and experience in managing resistance.
    • Familiarity with the planning of training programs.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Strong project management and influencing skills.
    • Excellent English language skills both verbal and written.
    • Excellent language skills for local site language both verbal and written.
