    Job Description

    We are seeking a Trade Marketing Executive to further develop our emerging markets in Latin America.

    This is a unique and exciting position that works closely with internal and external partners and across our full spirits portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Contribute to the development of trade marketing strategies and plans.
    • Communicate and manage all elements of the trade marketing mix.
    • Support key customers and drive engagement through omni-channel approaches.
    • Create holistic programs considering trade visibility, merchandiser teams, and third-party agencies.
    • Develop brand activation programs that are innovative, consumer-focused, and commercially grounded.
    • Assist in developing commercial planning strategies that deliver brand growth.
    • Measure and report on commercial program performance.
    • Analyze regional business performance, risk, and opportunities.
    • Manage the feedback loop on programs with local commercial and marketing teams.
    • Act as the voice of field/trade in building BTL programs.
    • Create category and brand selling tools to aid in the selling process.
    • Manage the rollout and communication of commercial programming.

    Talent and Skills Required

    • Fluent in Spanish and English.
    • Educated to a degree level or equivalent.
    • Marketing experience in retail marketing, distributor marketing, CPG, spirits industry, and/or luxury goods and services.
    • Excellent team player with strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Creative problem solver with excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Possess advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
