Job summary
You'll be joining the Driver Access team responsible for ensuring earners have a seamless onboarding experience into our platform. In this role you'll lead Regulatory initiatives from an Ops perspective across LatAm owning this problem space end-to-end. You'll also work closely with cross-functional and local teams on funnel configurations and market launches helping scale solutions that work across diverse markets.Responsibilities
- Own and structure Regulations as a formal problem space within Driver Access defining strategy priorities and operating models.
- Lead components of large cross-functional regulatory initiatives including Tech partnerships onboarding funnel changes and downstream Driver impacts such as earnings acquisition strategy.
- Own the monitoring performance and ongoing support of regulatory rails ensuring operational stability scalability.
