Responsibilities:


The Opportunity


Maintain and process the Master data requests to Mexico SSC coming from Iberia functional requestors, necessary for the operation of the company's processes, giving support to the organization and ensuring the level of service in the defined SLA's.


The scope of the role is the management of all activities related with the set up and maintenance of vendor data for Spain and Portugal operating units, which must be in line with the PepsiCo data protection policy, global master data governance rules, operational procedures defined in DTP ́s and process flows, and México SSC service delivery processes.


Your Impact
As The

Mexico SSC Master Data Analyst your scope will consist of:

  • Maintain and process Vendor Master Data requests in line with the defined process flows and DTP's
  • Achieve the volume results and timeline in line with defined SLA's and KPI's.
  • Execution of the Master Data Vendor service delivery, as follows:
  • Process the data in the Company's master files for the assigned activities: vendor master data, including intercompany vendors, vendor hierarchies, payment terms, SwissCo vendors, TPDD, etc.
  • Ensure the correct maintenance of the data in all related systems according to the defined procedures.
  • Provide support to applicants in their data requests, informing and facilitating the preparation of data forms and necessary authorizations and documentation, and collaborating in the resolution of corrections and incidents.
  • Execute the daily activities based on the requests received and the response times. Participate in month end closing process and timely resolve any assigned tasks.
  • Escalate the issues and possible conflicts in the delivery of the service to the Shared Service Center Coordinator and the Retained Organization Supervisor.
  • Support Iberia stakeholders from requesting departments, Accounts Payable, Reporting, KBS, Internal Control, etc.
  • Colaborate with the MSSC Master Data Coordinator, Master Data Analysts and other functions when applicable.
  • Act as GCS "control owner" for the assigned processes and controls, ensuring all transactions are properly authorized, recorded and documented, including the evidences of control. Support and participate in internal and external audits as required.
  • Ensure adherence to PepsiCo's data protection policies, all related corporate policies and process guidelines.

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Law, Administration, Civil or Industrial Engineering (graduated)

Experience

  • 1 year experience in Master Data / Shared Services / Service integration environment.
  • Knowledge of the Iberia master data process for vendors, the systems and their interrelationships.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and data analysis.
  • Good planning, with discipline and time management skills: "Focus and get things done fast"
  • Initiative to execute the assigned tasks: "Act as owner"
  • Service oriented to internal and external clients: "Customer centric"
  • Medium English Level.
  • Medium Portuguese Level.
