Requirements:


  • 5 years' experience on similar position (Davis standard equipment)
  • Bachelor in Mecanical engineering
  • English intermedium (+70%)
  • Hands on maintenance engineer
  • Create and update maintenance work instructions.
  • Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans, including standard times for each task.
  • Execute Corrective and preventive Maintenance Routines for Extrusion Molding Machines, Downstream equipment, (desired : vulcanizing rubber, using ovens of Salt, Hot Air, Microwave ovens).
  • Encourage World Class Manufacturing activities (Planned Maintenance/ Autonomous Maintenance)
  • Provide trainings on Autonomous Maintenance and maintenance routine to production team members
  • Ensure, together to the Safety network, the fulfilment of the Group Directives regarding Health & Safety and Safety of buildings and installations in its scope.
  • Define standards regarding the supply and inventory of spare parts and material needed for maintenance and participate to the sourcing of Maintenance spare parts suppliers.
  • Lead action plans to improve Maintenance KPIs (TRP, breakdown %, MTTR, MTBF), maximizing equipment availability for production.
  • Act to improve the reliability of equipments (backups implementation)
  • Involve in troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment with malfunction from electrical or mechanical aspect.
  • Pilot PDCA / FTA & Maintenance 5 WHYs on topics assigned by Operation Manager.
  • Prepare & present Kaizen Cards.
