The Role
The _Senior Analyst_ will contribute to the team's mandate by:

Having (or developing) a deep understanding of core WTW operational systems (including but not limited to MS Dynamics 365, Oracle and Mavenlink) and their underlying datasets
Leveraging technical abilities and system knowledge to produce consistent, accurate, relevant, and timely MI to meet the needs of stakeholders, while also incorporating requirements around peer reviews, access rights, privacy & confidentiality and medium of delivery
Building and maintaining relationships with various MI stakeholders to ensure their reporting requirements are fully understood, while leveraging system expertise to translate these into prospective reports
Understanding the ICT business model, to support and challenge requests for MI
Contributing to and executing on ICT's wider MI strategy, including taking the lead on efforts to centralize ICT's reporting data on an internal data warehouse and visualize this in a centralized, consistent, and secure fashion via Power BI
Managing the work allocation, daytoday management, and internal Excellence processes of the ICT Global MI Team

The Requirements

13 years' experience in a related role
Degreelevel qualification in a related field (e.g. Business Operations, Actuarial Sciences, Maths, Computer Science, Statistics)
High degree of proficiency in MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience working with relevant programming languages (e.g. SQL, R, VBA, Python) and data visualization software (especially Power BI)
Experience in data models and reporting packages
Ability to analyse large datasets
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
A proven analytical mindset and inclination for problemsolving
Attention to detail
A balanced approach to supporting demanding business
Effective organization, time management and prioritization skills
