PMO Co-ordinator with Quality lead skills

Overview:

As a Quality Expert within our IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) specializing in Data Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and effectiveness across our services.

You will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, driving continuous service improvement initiatives, conducting audits, and supporting Project Management Office (PMO) activities.

Your expertise in data analysis will be instrumental in identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization within our operations.


Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Management:


  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and monitor service quality.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.

Continuous Service Improvement:


  • Lead continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of our services.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified areas for improvement.

Data Analytics:


  • Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract insights from large datasets related to service delivery, performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop predictive models and analytics dashboards to proactively identify potential quality issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Audits and Compliance:


  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Maintain documentation and records of audit findings, corrective actions, and followup activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address audit findings and implement recommendations for continuous compliance improvement.

PMO Support:


  • Provide support to the Project Management Office (PMO) in ensuring project delivery meets quality standards and client expectations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Participate in project reviews, lessons learned sessions, and postimplementation reviews to identify opportunities for quality enhancement.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a quality assurance, data analysis, or related role within the IT industry, preferably within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and PMO activities.
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and communicate complex concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) and project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
