- Process weekly payroll and related tax filings
- Maintain employees on company insurance policy (new hire and terms)
- Execute employee insurance premium renewals
- Collaboration with on-site Doctor
- Enter AP invoices into the system, route for payment approval and payment execution upon approval
- Enter AR invoices into the system and ensure timely collections.
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Monthly P&L reviews for completeness and accuracy
- Cash flow forecasting
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting package
- Assist in the preparation of annual budget.
- Preparation and filing of VAT taxes
- SAT tax audit coordination.
- Knowledge of Transfer Pricing Studies
