Business Analyst Senior:

Main responsibilities:

A Service Design Lead serves as the primary resource for designing and delivering products or features that effectively meet the needs of users. The role involves closely collaborating with the development team to ensure that the product is designed in alignment with the company's overall vision and objectives.
Additionally, they will prioritize tasks and make informed decisions on new features and improvements based on feedback from customers as well as business objectives.
As a critical resource, the Service Design Lead will ensure that all products are optimized to meet user needs while also achieving business success.
Responsible for designing and delivering products or services that meet user needs and align with company goals.

Lead crossfunctional teams in agile development methodologies and prioritize tasks based on feedback from customers and business objectives.

Requirements:

Formal education and Work experience on business process modeling
Business Process SME Commercial | Business Process SME Logistics|
510 years of relevant experience in a related field such as service design, product management, or user experience design.
Strong project management skills and experience leading crossfunctional teams in agile development methodologies.
Experience in gathering and analyzing data to make informed product decisions.
Ability to adapt and pivot quickly in response to changing market and user needs.
A passion for innovation and creating innovative solutions that improve people's lives.
Systems analysis, and documentation of processes.
Project management
Coordination of activities related to systems development and quality.
Excellent resource management,
Interpersonal treatment,
Leadership, teamwork,
Oral and written communication that contributes to the success of projects in an multidisciplinary environment.
