Solution Architect

This role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

How you will make your mark

  • Solution Design on automation opportunities
  • Evaluating / suggesting better development & devops practices
  • Guiding/coaching developers & devops engineers
  • Strong documentation
  • Collaborating / Educating / Influencing / Training / Sharing knowledge & expertise from & to peers; from or to users
  • Understanding / Engaging with broader architect community; Recommend / take advantage of emerging enabling technologies
  • Contributing to broader organizational goals
  • Evaluating, selecting, and creating forms of empirical and rootcause analysis, modeling, testing methodologies, and quality standards to validate product designs, specifications, and processes.

About you:


  • Bachelor / Masters in Engineering/ Computer Applications/ Science
  • 3+ years' industry experience in technical development, architecting, operations
  • Understanding / knowledge of IT architectures, infrastructure, database / SQL
  • Must have Strong handson experience in test automation using Python or Java or Go or Cypress
  • Experience in architecting & implementing RPA solutions
  • Experience in process mining, AI/ML in automation, chatbot, API related architecting & implementation
  • Experience in legacy & cloud environments
  • Experience building / deploying / maintaining automation solutions in large scale business operations
  • Demonstrated capability in working with operating units, operating management, senior management & information technology department
  • Strong English Language written, verbal & presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in language to be supported.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage and peripheral devices.
  • Advanced proficiency with case management databases and tools.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Phone and remote support experience. Esupport experience and knowledge.
  • History of innovation with examples of developing new technologies and practices for quality.
