- Prepares the customer's data to fit within our system standards.
- Cross-references customer data with our market basket tool to pull historical cost data on products.
- Obtains quoted costs from suppliers.
- Submits finalized data to be reviewed.
- Maintains vendor email information within a contact list.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Reviews and manipulates customers' data in various Microsoft Applications.
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree and zero (0) to three (3) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office.
- Significant knowledge of Motion Industries product.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Effective proofreading skills.
- Service oriented.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
