Are You Looking to

Develop yourself as a coach.
Carry out training for new and transferred operating personnel.
Explain the security risks implicit in the operation.
Provide feedback to the group leader and supervisor of situations that arise.

Are You Ready to

Playing an active role in problem solving, process improvement and adjustments.
Implementing activities to maximize equipment efficiency in order to meet the manufacturing plan/production schedule and budgeted equipment expectations.
Operational responsibilities which include covering breaks, operating production machinery, assembling product, performing quality checks and pallet release duties.

Job Requirements:

What You'll Need

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from twoyear college or technical school.
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
