IT Support Services

OnSight PROS, a growing vendor to the Property Management Community, is looking for a hard-working talented individual to provide our company with basic to mid-level end-user support.

This position requires the ability to diagnose, identify, research, and troubleshoot various issues pertaining to software, hardware, and networking.

This position is fully remote and requires availability between 9 am to 5 pm eastern time Monday through Friday. This position will occasionally have on-call requirements on Saturdays between 8 am and 5 pm eastern time.


Experience and Technical Requirements:

• CompTIA A+ or 2 years of IT HelpDesk experience
• Preferable CompTIA Network+ or equivalent work experience
• Comfortable in both Windows and Mac operating environments
• Comfortable in both iOS and Android Operating Systems
• Comfortable with Remote Management of devices
• Problemsolving skills
• Documentation skills
• Start AND Finish skills
• Exceptional English language skills and communication ability

Pay:
From $6,400.00 per week
