Reporting to the Engineering Manager you as a Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible to work along with the Process Engineer in the implementation as well as to keep production processes through process documentation with flow diagrams, PFMEA, process charts, making sure about the good performance of equipment and tooling.

About the job:

Error proofing systems design and development for new launches and continuous improvement for current production products.
Monitoring of the equipment uptime to identify the top five down time issues to improve equipment performance in a monthly frequency.
Implement problem solving methodology to find root cause problems and fix process problems.
Development/design equipment for new programs, through following a program and / or timeline.
Quoting and assessment tool and/ or equipment.
Coordination and teamwork in design and tools improvement.
Development of Lessons Learned Matrix and creation of preventive and corrective maintenances for equipment.
PLC Programs backup development.
Support to Product, and Quality Engineering as well as Production department.
Participate directly in the performance of systems according to the requirements of standards, ISO14001, ISO9000, ISOTS/16949, CELC and C-TPAT.

About you:

Bachelor or university degree in Engineering.
Quality System knowledge.
English Fluency.
Two to five years of experience.
Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.
Advanced knowledge in MS Office.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong communication skills.
High attention to detail.
