Position Summary

What You Will Do

• Observe proper procedures related to the job
• Prepare Test Plans and Test Cases based on client specifications and prepare reports
• Analyze test results, bugs, and usability
• Interact with clients
• Contribute to existing testing content documentation
• Manage, lead and mentor test team members
• Oversee implementation and execution of test plans and test cases
• Assist in test environment setup and teardown
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of test data and test documentation
• Assist in coaching junior staff by helping them to make decisions and solve problems and providing feedback on testing-related tasks

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize in a complex and fast-paced environment
• Passion for video games and knowledge of video game market
• Good interpersonal skills, creativity, efficiency, attention to detail, and good work organization
• Strong academic or practical knowledge of QA methodologies and tools, software testing standards, strategies, and the software development cycle
• Demonstrated capability in writing detailed area test plan documents, executing test strategies, and performing exploratory testing
• Experience testing in an Agile context
• Working knowledge of Atlassian tool suite e.g. JIRA, Confluence
• Preferred higher education in technology
