The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of cold calling experience in business development or lead generation; be fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is preferred. They must also be able to work independently in a fully remote environment (U.S. business hours) and hold an MBA.
