A global manufacturing company is in search of its Plant Controller in Silao, Guanajuato.


Key activities

  • Oversee financial reporting for the manufacturing plant.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets in collaboration with plant management.
  • Provide accurate financial forecasts to support decisionmaking.
  • Conduct indepth cost analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to optimize cost efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze variances between actual and budgeted financial results.
  • Provide insights into key drivers of financial performance.
  • Contribute to the development of longterm financial plans for the plant.
  • Align financial strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Master degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role. (Preferably in automotive manufacturing)
  • 10 years of experience in financial analysis
  • Internal control
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and cost structures.
  • Project Management

Additional information

  • Location: Puerto Interior, Silao, Guanajuato
  • Working schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8:00 17:30 hours | Friday 9:00 14:00 hours
