Billing Specialist

Overview

Blue Yonder, Inc. (formerly JDA Software) is currently seeking a Billing Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Process Billing from Workday
Management of customer invoicing portals
Gain understanding of the multiple product types
Learn the contract entry system
Process special billing requests out of Upland
Handle corrections arising from Customer support review and billing review
Process and distribution of multiple invoice types
Process multiple credit types
Field customer queries
Bi-Weekly Time and Expense processing.
Government Billing and Entry into government systems
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience with billing and contracts.
Associates / College accounting classes preferred.
Knowledge of accounting processes related to billing.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple, changing priorities and strong attention to detail.
Able to work overtime during month/Quarter end.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
