Customer Service Manager


GENERAL OVERVIEW:


Responsible for all communication with factories, sales teams, and customers regarding orders, shipments, documentation required, as well as establishing and maintaining a strong relationship and process with all áreas.

REQUIREMENTS:

Engineering background.

Over 5 years of experience in customer service in the manufacturing sector.

Strong ability to successfully manage working relationships, collaborate with colleagues and external partners.

Proficiency in Office Suite, Open order reports, and Incoterms.

Anticipate and recognize risks, analyze data, identify root causes, find solutions, and take necessary actions.

Work under pressure and promote continuous improvement.

Strong multitasking skills, high integrity, mature personal style.

Proficiency in oral and written english (C1-C2), spanish, and mandarin.

Clear communication and anticipation of potential project risks, while simultaneously offering reasonable alternative solutions.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure a high level of service in the supply chain and customer service (vendor rating VRR).

Support sale in communicating with customers regarding orders.

Efficiency in order and shipment operations contributing to growth.

Anticipate and resolve supply chain problems that may arise (delivery delays and required shipment documentation).

Communicate with customer planning teams, sales, and factory teams.

Purchase order management:
Timely purchase orders based on development schedule and reorder lead time. Verify if correct information was received in the purchase order and confirm with customer planner/purchasing department and sales.

Manage weekly calls with China to ensure OTIF, accuracy of OOR, and update on safety stock.

Formulate and improve working procedures, rules, and regulations for shipments for SHP Mexico.
