    Responsibilities

    • Support FP&A Mesoamerica Commercial Unit in month-end reporting, controlling activities, and other related tasks.
    • Collaborate in constructing budgets and regular forecasting.
    • Participate in developing new business cases and ad hoc projects.
    • Work in remote coordination with AFO areas based in Uruguay (OTC, A2R, P2P, etc.).
    • Provide timely and insightful financial analysis to support key business decisions.
    • Evaluate and ensure compliance with key controls and audit requirements.
    • Support Commercial and Marketing areas as a Finance Business Partner.

    Qualifications

    We're seeking professionals engaged, collaborative, and excellent in execution. Effective communication, team development, and leadership are essential. With our rapidly changing industry and function, we need team members eager to develop themselves.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
    • Advanced English proficiency.
    • Previous experience in Finance areas (Controlling, Business Finance, FP&A) (2 years).
    • Excellent intercommunication skills, results-oriented, ability to work under deadlines and time pressure.
    • Knowledge of Excel and database management.
