Establish and drive procurement of material and services in alignment with business Leadership for your assigned commodity / category and/or region as per Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan.

You will have site responsibility for driving competitive commodity and category supply strategies to achieve lowest Total Cost for your site, reduced Working capital via Negotiation planning and execution, High Growth Region Sourcing, Value Engineering and Sole/ Single Source elimination.

You will manage Supplier Performance to support your commodity/category and/or region and ensure supply continuity. You will be managing several projects in dynamic environment. You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export /Import regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the company supply chain by sourcing, reviewing, and purchasing commodities, raw material and assembly purchases.
Recommending inventory strategies where needed to increase sales and manage stock quantities.
Evaluating, selecting, and recommending new vendors. Maintaining Preferred Supplier List.
Negotiating favorable prices and terms of purchase to maximize best commodity sourcing practices.
Building and maintaining good relationships with commodity suppliers and distributors (Quarterly Business Reviews, capacity expansion, service & quality improvements, payment issues, etc.).
Studying market trends and identifying any risks when sourcing and procuring commodities.
Ensuring that projectapproved budgets are adhered to.
Master Supply Agreement coverage strategy, negotiation and execution with alignment with internal stake holders securing all business needs are addressed.
Resolving vendor disputes, commercial claims and any commodityrelated issues.
Reduction of Lead times, Supply chain complexity and chronic delivery issues.
Responsible for driving competitive commodity and category supply strategies to achieve lowest Total Cost, reduced Working capital via Negotiation planning and execution, High Growth Region Sourcing, Value Engineering and boost Dual/Multi Sourcing.
Provides and execute Procurement leadership, expertise, and best value solutions to the organization.
Monitor, manage, enhance and improve buying metrics, procedures and team governance to ensure business continuity.
Design and lead implementation of the assigned commodity Annual Operating Plan.
You will manage Supplier Performance to support your commodity/category and/or region and ensure supply continuity.
You will be managing several projects in dynamic environment. You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export /Import regulations.
Address supply constraints i.e., capacity, engineering, material and labor, end of life
Predictive identification of new supplier prices and eliminate pricing leakage.
Analyze, update, and modify procedures and processes to identify and continuously implement vendor management process improvement
Develops digital metrics to analyze and measures the team and the supplier performance in collaboration with the functional partners
Supplier OTTR responsibilities & ASN Compliance
Maintain the accuracy level of a 100% on Set up supplier, and supplier master data | PIR setup; Price, terms, shipping |

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelors degree.
Strong negotiation skills.
5+ years experience in Strategic Sourcing/Commodity Management.
Team player, agile and proactive selfdriven attitude.
Well versed business English.
Demonstrated Productivity Management skills (pipeline generation & execution)

Working and/or Leading in Site Team Environments
Experience with SAP, Oracle or site relevant ERP systems, E Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project Management Tools
Demonstrated Business and financial acumen.
Effective communication and influential skills.
Good decisionmaking; uses analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment in making sound decisions.

Masters degree.

Professional Certifications in Project/Supply Chain/ Procurement/Contract Management
Team Leader experience in Supply Management/Sourcing/Procurement/Business
Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Tools
Establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal customers and suppliers
Ability to work in matrix environment
