Job Description

Ensure the process works at optimum level, required output, and quality expectations to meet customer requirements.
Enhance the quality of products, reduce customer complaints, ensure compliance with customers regulations, and provide adherence to internal Quality Standards.
Set and maintain all operating process parameters to achieve high levels of production and efficiency targets.
Analyze and investigate root causes from process deviations and quality performance and support operations groups in the corrective action.
Design interim and longterm solutions to resolve process bottlenecks.
Deliver projects on time, within budget, in accordance with project success criteria, through prioritization, allocation of resources, budgeting, planning, and controlling.
Develop and/or participate in implementing cost savings initiatives involving waste minimization, productivity improvements, product recovery, and other process optimization opportunities through an active partnership with the Equipment Engineering group and operation teams.
Provide technical support for new products; interaction with, NPI, R&D, Quality, Operations, and other support groups.
Provide support in technical challenges to solve process related problems.
Develop and implement plans to achieve Plant Goals.
Prepare and present engineering reports and metrics results.
Participate in daily meeting with core team.
Promote and maintain the continuous improvement in process operations.
