JOB DESCRIPTION

The Team:

The Finance Team at Mattel Latin America is in charge of informing employees on the company's results and performance.

As part of its main activities, it complies with its obligations as a public company, it controls the company's expenses and establishes the fiscal strategy.

What Your Impact Will Be

Analyze and review accounting transactions to ensure accuracy.
Identify and correct accounting discrepancies or errors.
Ensure compliance with USGAAP and local accounting and tax regulations.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Provide financial analysis to support decision making.
Crossdepartmental collaboration.
Work closely with finance, human resources and other departmental teams.
Provide financial information to support various business functions.
Reconcile and keep track of payroll on local books.
Intercompany collections and reconciliations.
