Requirements:

Must have:

Experience in Scrum Master role (min. 3 years).
Good knowledge of Scrum and other Agile practices. Proved by Certifications (PSM I, PSPO I)

- certifications on level II ( PSPO II or PSM II)

Very good command of English (min. C1).
Communication and conflict resolution skills.

- "Servant leadership" approach.

Focus on continuous improvement, both on team's and individual level.
Clientcentric and focused on building honest, strong relations with the client.
Business awareness, i.e. being able to convince the client to good practices by showing tangible business benefits.
Able to support Product Owners on client's side if needed.
Analytical and observational skills.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of other project management methodologies and frameworks will be a plus (Lean, PMP, Prince2, Waterfall).
Experience in Product Owner role
