    About the Role

    Barry Callebaut Digital (BC Digital) is on a mission to lead digital revolution in chocolate industry. We're seeking Senior Business Analyst for Logistics, assessing stakeholder requirements for digital solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze and optimize digital logistics processes including 3PL integration & communication, internal warehouse & distribution, transport management.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects for compliance, operational excellence.
    • Leverage expertise for quality enhancement, workflow streamlining, efficiency drive.
    • Create detailed business analysis meeting organizational objectives.
    • Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys aligning needs, capturing requirements for digital solutions.
    • Create user stories, use cases, functional specifications, feasibility studies evaluating proposed changes for new systems or enhancements.
    • Collaborate with digital teams designing implementing solutions meeting business needs.
    • Create concepts, technical specifications for downstream implementation as services based on existing IT systems.
    • Recommend improvements to business processes, systems enhancing efficiency, effectiveness.
    • Cooperate closely with application management team implementing, maintaining, operating applications.

    Requirements

    • Master's degree in IT, computer science, logistics, business administration or comparable field.
    • Advanced knowledge of IT solution design, logistics processes, feasibility studies, user acceptance testing etc.
    • Knowledge of ERP systems e.g., SAP modules WM, SD, optional eWM or TMS solutions.
    • Proficiency in business analysis tools techniques e.g., SWOT analysis, BPMN, UML.
    • Familiarity with project methodologies both waterfall agile, management software e.g., JIRA.
    • Minimum 5 years working experience in relevant fields.
    • Independent self-driven personality, taking responsibility owning tasks.
    • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to interpret data draw insights.
    • Excellent written verbal communication skills, presenting diverse audiences.
    • Willingness to learn try new technologies topics.
    • Ability to instruct employees guiding solving non-routine problems.
