Sales Development Representative


In the role of Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will report to the National Sales Manager and work closely with our Sales, Business Development and Customer Service teams to support our strategic sales plans and revenue growth targets.

Your primary responsibilities will include lead management, quote follow-up, new customer engagement, and supporting our Sales Teams' efforts.


Essential functions

  • Lead Management: Ensure timely and effective followup on all sales leads.
  • Understand the needs of the potential client and direct them to the appropriate sales team members or resources.
  • Quote Monitoring: Keep a close eye on outstanding quotes, proactively following up to assist potential clients, address any of their concerns, and move them closer to a decision.
  • Customer Engagement: Offer stellar inbound customer call support. Act as the bridge between customers and our sales & distribution teams, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Team Collaboration: Join forces with our Business Development Manager and Technical Sales Representatives to identify, nurture, and close open sales opportunities
  • Strategic Research: Dive deep into market trends, emerging needs, and geographical specifics to refine and prioritize our prospecting efforts.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales support, customer service or related roles.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams.
  • Adept in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office suite, and other essential sales software.
  • Experience with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams).
  • Be creative and curious.
  • Propose ideas to manage job requirements more efficiently and effectively.
