Maintenance Technician A:
This level position have developed a trade of
expertise for machine maintenance and production equipment repairs; installs, maintains, repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, mechanical and systems on all
production equipment and have the ability to work independently in the
performance of standard maintenance and repairs.


Responsabilities:

  • On a daily basis, receives assigned work order to complete on equipment.
  • Perform schedule PMs and visually inspect and test assigned machines and
equipment for proper functionally.

  • Require order requisition parts as needed.
  • Perform repairs on production machines and/or equipment when a malfunction
has been detected.

  • Perform machine installation/moves and building maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Assist workers in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
  • Develop, coordinate and track project list activities.
  • Ensures that a high level of safety is adhered to at all times on and off the
production floor.

  • All duties must be covered by maintenance technician B and C.
  • Follow Plant specified job specification and task list.

Requeriments:

  • Technical or similar (electrical or industrial electromechanical
technician).

  • Electrical / Industrial electromechanical Technician, 2 years of
industrial maintenance experience, especially in mechanical and

electrical / electronics.

  • Computer basic knowledge and CMMS.
  • Must keep the area aroud work station clean and free from dirt and debris.
