Account Manager

SUMMARY

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Job responsibilities will be varied but will include:

Manage all aspects of account management including:

○ New client onboarding and integration

○ Monitoring and tracking of current client fulfillment

○ Strengthen partnerships by providing assistance and guidance

○ Retain current clients and drive their renewal process

Work with other members of the team to successfully carry out obligations
Maintain a professional yet friendly demeanor

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in business or similar discipline
13 years of experience in account management
Enthusiastic selfstarter with the ability to execute and manage multiple clients simultaneously under tight deadlines
Detail oriented and highly organized
Excellent communication and writing skills
