    Key Responsibilities

    The Public Affairs Analyst will provide administrative support for the Herbalife Family Foundation (HFF), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Public Affairs initiatives.

    Maintaining and managing HFF databases, overseeing purchase processes, and ensuring key administrative tasks are executed efficiently is a crucial part of this role.

    How You Will Contribute

    As a Public Affairs Analyst, you will:

    • Ensure accuracy and organization of HFF databases.
    • Support administrative tasks related to CSR and Public Affairs programs.
    • Handle submission and follow-up of purchase processes efficiently.
    • Assist with document control and reporting requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with internal processes and guidelines.
    • Provide coordination and logistical support for relevant initiatives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Public Affairs objectives.

    Job Qualifications

    To be successful as a Public Affairs Analyst, you will need:

    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, or similar applications.

    • Ability to learn and adapt to internal processes and applications.
    • Effective communication skills in Spanish and English.
    • 2-3 years experience in administrative support, preferably in a corporate or non-profit setting.

    Additionally, a degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
