JOB PURPOSE:


To support the CLS effort in achieving the client's inventory/customer service objectives in a manner consistent with CLS objectives through project work.


JOB RELATED STATISTICS:

Does not have assigned clients but works projects impacting a range of clients and inventory levels:
Number of CLS IM clients: 1-2

Number of Facilities: 1-2

Parts Sales:

JOB DUTIES:

Responsible for technical/training support and management of processes to ensure Cat Parts inventory accuracy levels are maintained and improved. This position requires detailed involvement with the Global Cat Parts Reconciliation Team.

Incumbent will be involved in training personnel at different levels including management and salaried on processes associated with inventory record accuracy and their importance in overall supply chain management.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:


  • University Degree finished
  • Requires thorough knowledge in various purchasing, parts ordering, and inventory management systems.
  • Must have excellent analytical/problem solving abilities, well developed oral and written communications skills, a strong customer focus, and ability to work effectively
with a wide variety of people.

  • 2 3 years of jobrelated experience are required.
  • Advanced English
