    Description

    We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to provide support to our plants in Mexico, focusing on talent management, leadership development, early career programs, and strategic talent reviews. As a trusted partner, you will drive the implementation of global strategies and initiatives across plants, influencing business strategy for people-related issues.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Partner with key stakeholders to understand the commercial/supply chain impact of people decisions, providing an outside-in lens for business objectives.
    • Oversee site labor relations strategy, including communication and works council relations, and compliance.
    • Drive engagement on the plant culture agenda, coaching leaders on key cultural elements and organizational values.
    • Partner with leadership teams on strategic priorities, including workforce planning insights and decisions.
    • Leverage data analytics to drive solutions and decisions that translate into actionable plans.

    Requirements

    • Broad generalist HR experience across populations and seniority levels.
    • Strong experience working with trade unions to deliver change.
    • Proven track record as a trusted, credible business partner with ability to engage and influence people.
    • Experience working with Lean Six Sigma to drive high performance.
