    Who You'll Work With:

    The Sales Support Representative (SSR) is a vital part of our sales team, offering essential support for retention, development, and acquisition accounts. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate independence and result-driven motivation. We are seeking individuals who are open-minded, proactive, take ownership, and contribute to the company's success. Collaboration with diverse cultures is key to this role.

    The primary responsibility of the SSR is to enhance customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions, thus reducing escalations and improving the overall Lenovo customer experience. The SSR works closely with PC Sales Specialists and Client Managers, supporting them in various tasks like opportunity to contract management, system configuration generation, and proactive account support.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Support assigned sales representatives in growing and managing the territory
    • Assist in presales activities and address post-sales inquiries
    • Handle back-end operational issues raised by the sales team
    • Collaborate with different teams to enhance customer experience
    • Ensure timely resolution of credit limits and overdue invoices
    • Process customer transactions accurately
    • Identify and implement process enhancements for team efficiency
    • Contribute to developing quality procedures and control checkpoints

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors Degree (completed or in progress)
    • Preferred 2+ years of experience in similar roles
    • Proficient in written and oral English (exclusively)
    • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and ability to thrive in a dynamic setting
    • Strong organizational, planning, and problems-solving capabilities
    • Proactive, self-driven, goal-oriented individual
    • Ability to research and implement solutions independently
