Your tasks:

Supports commercial quoting activities regarding pricing and terms and conditions.
Prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
Prepares reports of business transactions.
Enters new customer data and maintains data for current customers into global SAP.
SAP management of contracts, pricing records (i.e. Tooling, Piece Price), sales orders, delivery notes, invoicing and shipments.
Commercial support regarding supplier records and annual sales planning
Supports Customer Team in the investigations and resolutions of customer commercial issues/problems.
Supports preparation of pricing proposals and the execution of contractual negotiations with the customer in conjunction with supervisor and account managers.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external customers.
Assist account managers with new business proposals.
Assist & create business proposals and presentations

Your Profile:

Three years of technical sales experience within the US automotive industry. Project management experience. Experience with market analysis and marketing.
English Advanced
German Intermediate-Advanced
Bachelor of Business Administration and/or Engineering Degree from fouryear college or university.
