Descripción
We are looking for an associate to join our Accounting Department and calculate payroll.

To be successful in this role, you should have a flair for numbers and be able to handle sensitive information.

Ultimately, you will help run a smooth and accurate payroll process.


Responsibilities
Collect attendance sheets & compare

Calculate attendance bonuses

Calculate pay according to hours worked incorporating leaves and overtime

Initiate periodical payments timely

Distribute payment statements

On boarding and enter new employees' data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases

Answer questions about compensation and benefits

Deal with complaints and questions regarding payroll

Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll

Maintain personnel database regarding salaries, PTO and benefits

Write and define rules for specific cases regarding bonuses and benefits.


Requirements and skills
At least Intermediate level on Excel

Hands-on experience with reporting

Exquisite math and numerical skills with an ability to spot numerical errors

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Ability to handle confidential information

Excellent communication abilities with aptitude in problem-solving

Able to work effectively with mínimal supervision.

IMSS, SAT, INFONAVIT Law knowledge.

Must be proficient in English at least 80%.


Pay:
From $20,000.00 per month
