Responsibilities The Opportunity:

PepsiCo has deployed the SAP/Ariba Procurement functionality to support the acquisition of indirect goods and services in PFNA, PBNA, LATAM, Europe, AMESA, and APAC.

The tool is branded myBUY, used by end users across 50+ countries and with a central team supporting the PR2PO (Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order) process.

Main Objective The role has as the main objective to maximize the benefits from myBUY and enable, maintain, and manage the resolution of issues for the PBF sector.

Purpose Work with key stakeholders to maximize the main benefits that myBuy has for the company in terms of:

Visibility:
Provide full visibility on spend, suppliers, services & goods to maximize the outcome of Procurement strategies and negotiations

Process Enablement:
Increase adoption and deploy process improvements of the myBUY tool

BIS Support/Testing:
Provide business support to the myBUY technology improvement initiativesProductivity: Identify new (sub-)categories for coverage and deliver incremental productivity

Your Impact:

As a Procurement Governance Analyst your responsibilities would consist of: Reporting / Analytics / Spend Visibility Supports the reporting of Metrics/KPIs/SLAs to local and global teamsSupports the collection, analysis, and publication of data & relevant documentsProcess Enablement Increase myBUY user adoption – e.g.

user training, surveys, and action plan executionFollow up on system functionality and improvements implementation planEnsures process documents are complete, updated, and stored appropriately.

BIS Support / Testing Provide business support to the myBUY technology improvement initiativesOrganizing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and sign-offs by the businessProductivity Identify (sub-) categories for additional coverage by myBUY and to increase the myBUY spend throughProvide additional tactical buy productivity opportunities by unlocking white spaces, assessment of clip levels, etc.40% Reporting / Analytics / Spend Visibility10% Process Enablement30% BIS Support / Testing20% Productivity Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Experience Depth of different aspects of Procurement such as processes and toolsStrong communication skillsResults Oriented – comfortable setting and delivering against bold, stretch targetsEnglish advancedStrong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause identification skills.
