The Area of responsibility includes:
Creation and maintenance of production capacity models for planning and optimization of production processesCreation and maintenance of direct labor calculation models for effective production workforce planningDeveloping the required technology and capacity for new projects to ensure a smooth introduction of new productsDeveloping and documenting cost-saving projects to reduce manufacturing costs and improve production efficiencyAnalysis of production processes to identify weak points and potential for improvementDeveloping measures to reduce manufacturing costs and improve quality in order to increase product quality and production efficiencySupervision of the company suggestion scheme to collect and implement ideas and suggestions from employees to improve productionSupport with budget and ABC cost preparationEvaluating Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to monitor and improve the productivity and effectiveness of production facilitiesAccompanying and leading projects in the production areas to introduce new processes and technologies or to optimize existing processes
