Job Description Summary

Works in support of the maintenance planner, responsible for work orders, PMs, and CMs.Monitors mechanical and equipment problems. Escalates complex issues.Provides support for new equipment installation, maintenance and parts replacement.Coordinates with purchasing and vendors on acquisition and disposal of equipment.Logs and documents production problems. Identifies and reports potential problem areas.

Job Description

•Maintains maintenance planning database by inputting equipment history, parts, tools, and supplies inventories, and crew skills information. CMMS

•Develops preventive maintenance schedules by identifying and evaluating least-cost alternative schedules based on availability and location of parts, tools, supplies, and crew skills, and machine downtime.

•Develops corrective maintenance schedules by entering work requests; identifying best-sequence/least-cost approach; estimating time, parts, tools, and supplies.

•Improves maintenance operations by reviewing production records; analyzing prevention and repair costs and time; identifying problems and trends; recommending new approaches.

•Contributes to maintenance planning and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.

•All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

Bachelor Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanics, Electromechanics

Office

Maximo (desirable)
